When you download or use the App, these terms automatically apply to you, so please read them carefully before using the App. Created for educational purposes, this emulator is a modified and improved version of Matsu Player 4.12.0 (credits to the team) under GPL v2.0 license. This application is Open Source. This is a completely new version.

By emulating ANY title (game or file) in this app, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for checking your local laws regarding the use of this application;

• You are authorized to/have a license to use any downloaded or emulated file;

• You will not distribute any of these files without proper permissions.

11-in-1 Retro Emulator app does not collect or share any personal data. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing restrictions and software limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system. It may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may mean that the 11-in-1 Retro Emulator application will not work properly or not at all.

Play Games Retro is not responsible for how you use the App, i.e. you need to ensure that your device remains charged – if it runs out of battery and you are unable to turn it on to enjoy the Service, Play Games Retro will not accept responsibility. With respect to Play Games Retro’s responsibility for your use of the Application, when you are using the Application it is important to keep in mind that whilst we strive to ensure that it is always up to date and correct, we rely on third parties to provide us with information so that we can make them available to you. Play Games Retro is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, that you suffer as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of this application.

WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY

No warranty of any kind, express or implied, is made regarding the application or any medium in which it may be placed. Play Games Retro will not provide any legal instrument for direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or incidental damages arising, including negligence, strict liability or breach of warranty or contract, even if the possibility of occurrence of such damages has been notified.

Due to the nature of the app, we cannot track downloads or uninstalls and therefore cannot offer refunds for the app.
Avoid irregular sharing of 11 in 1 Retro Emulator. You can share through your affiliate link. If you have any problems, please contact us, we will be happy to help you solve it.

INDEMNITY

You agree to hold us harmless, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in connection with any claims or actions brought against Play Games Retro arising out of any breach by you of these terms or other liabilities arising out of your use of of this app.
